The Clark Street Dog

On the way to a nearby church in a Chicago suburb last weekend, I was on the lookout for an interesting scene to sketch.  Never been to this part of the city before and I was only in for a couple of days.  

This corner of N. Halstead Street and W. Barry Avenue looked so interesting from across the street where the CVS store is located.  Sketched on that dreary grey morning weather.  Color added later at AirBnB apartment rental using the 6 color DS Watercolor essentials set.
