A corner building
A few days before I started at my new job, I went out on a sketching trip locally. I found this open parking spot from across this nice building three doors next to The Capitol Theater in Port Chester, NY. I thought I was going to add some watercolor wash on this fairly decent drawing but I wasn't up to it. So back to doing what is comfortable which means doing a lot of shading with the ballpoint pen.
