The Christ’s Church of Rye
Finally got to sketch this beautiful Christ's Church of Rye, NY last weekend. I took careful measurements to make sure the whole scene fit right on my sketchbook. Easier said than done because I got lost many times. Example, the apex was adjusted a few times. Didn’t mind to hatch the grass blade details and the foliage but then it felt like I was pushing it too much. It was time to walk away from it and consider it done.
