The Soft Ice Cream Truck

This Soft Ice Cream truck on the corner of 39th Street and 5th Avenue is an interesting subject.  I noticed it before so I decided to sketch it last Tuesday before heading home.  15 minutes to get all the basic scene.  A day later, I made the color wash.

    I like when you can count on food trucks to be in the same location. This came out really nice. Did you get to have a sample?

      Thanks for visiting Joan. No, I did not. It looks like it's HIS reserved spot. I talked to the proprietor today after he saw me sketching his truck and asked what it was that I was doing...what I would do with the sketch...etc...
