Went to the city yesterday on my rare day-off at work. Managed to get several sketches done including this one busker near the Diana Ross Playground Central Park access entrance on W81st Street. He was cool playing his electric guitar. A young family with dad holding a birthday balloon for his youngsters, a boy and a girl, passes by. Not sure which one was celebrating the day. Dave, the busker, inquired whose birthday it was before playing a nice rendition of the tune.

ReplyDeleteThanks, Joan. Dave played a variety of recognizable tunes. Too bad, I didn't jot them down when I did this sketch.
