I've never been to the Brooklyn Museum before so I joined the NYC Urban Sketchers sketch meet last Saturday. I got in late and there wasn't enough time to explore the museum. Instead, I found Julie in the same room on the 5th Floor where she was about to sketch a beautiful sculpture, The Greek Slave, by Hiram Powers. I sketched her instead.
