The Audubon Center
There's a nice viewing window inside the Learning Center at the Greenwich Audubon Center where you can see different species of birds trying to get a spot on the bird feeder. The view was interesting so I wanted to sketch it with a ballpoint pen. First I started with the bird feeder, then the far tree tops, then the red house and the tree next to it, then added the other house before hatching the lines for the vegetation.

How great that they placed a bird feeder so close so you could sketch it. I like the composition with the feeder and the background. Good job!
ReplyDeleteIndeed it was a great idea to have the bird feeder close enough for the young kids to see them birds. Such a nice bird sanctuary.
