The first time I came back to drawing, not by choice, but by necessity started out with a pencil and paper in the spring of 2015. As the skill building process evolved, I was drawn to the use of pen and ink.
Looking back at some of my older works, these two drawings give me pride and happiness. Glad that I rediscovered the joy of making art.

Good job on both of these...especially the bridge. I always find doing all the sections and beams a difficult subject. I get lost in all the pieces.
ReplyDeleteIt's easy to get lost in all the pieces. I try to compartmentalize the one big shape and dividing them later to into sections and repeating that process until I get to a smaller detail. That is until my patience runs out :) Thank you, Joan, for visiting.
